Biography
Thomas Lindqvist directs the firm's in house forensic accounting group. A CPA and certified fraud examiner, he spent twelve years in the forensic practice of a national accounting firm before joining Northgate, where he now works alongside the attorneys from the first day of a matter rather than being hired as an outside expert late in the case.
Thomas reconstructs books when partners have hidden or destroyed records, traces money through layered accounts and entities, and prepares damages and valuation analyses that hold up under cross examination. He has testified as an expert in state and federal courts and in arbitration.
His early involvement is one of the reasons the firm's demand letters carry weight: the numbers in them have already been checked.
