Information we collect

When you submit the case review form we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the state and nature of your dispute, and your description of what happened. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your inquiry, run conflict checks, respond to you, and, if you engage the firm, to provide legal services. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Confidentiality

Information submitted through this site before an engagement is confirmed is treated as confidential to the extent permitted by the rules of professional conduct, but you should not send sensitive details, account numbers, or documents until we have confirmed that we can represent you.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to evaluate conflicts and respond to you, and thereafter in accordance with our records retention policy. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing intake@northgatedisputes.com. We will respond within 30 days.
